Rural Credit Monitoring under NABARD/RBI Scheme
Since 1991, K&D has been a trusted partner of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), supporting rural credit monitoring and control across multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh.
We manage the collection, processing, and reporting of extensive banking data from numerous branches operating in these districts, ensuring accurate and timely insights for policy and performance evaluation.
How It Works
Each year, district administrations set finance targets for priority and non-priority sectors. These are monitored by the district’s Lead Bank through a structured reporting mechanism:
LBR 1
Captures the yearly targets allocated to each branch.
LBR 2
Tracks advances against the assigned targets.
LBR 3
Monitors recoveries achieved against those targets.
Our role is to collect these returns from the branches and transform raw data into actionable intelligence through structured reporting.

We produce comprehensive reports analyzing achievement of targets in terms of recovery, enabling precise evaluation of credit effectiveness.
All activities and reporting are completed on a quarterly basis, enabling Lead Banks and NABARD to monitor, review, and take corrective action promptly.
